Liftline was founded on the idea that movement can be designed — not just engineered. With decades of experience across engineering, design, and construction, the team creates elevator and escalator solutions for some of the world’s most refined buildings.
What began as a small group of specialists has grown into an international company with active projects across the UAE, Lebanon, Iraq, Qatar, Ghana, Algeria, and Nigeria.
Liftline operates through a global network of engineers, architects, and partners, bringing together expertise from different cultures and disciplines. This international foundation shapes every collaboration — ensuring that each solution is both technically advanced and attuned to local architecture, materials, and ways of building.

Cobiax
Cobiax develops voided slab systems that reduce concrete usage while maintaining structural performance. By integrating recycled plastic void formers into slabs, they lower weight, cut emissions, and enable longer spans with fewer supports.
